in heart of Northwest Ontario, Canadian Classic Fishfry is an
outstanding mixture of Flour, cornmeal, and buttermilk pancake
batter combined with our unique and delicious spice blends.
There are currently three great flavors available to try. They
are conveniently packaged in 560 gram and 5 kilogram sizes.
Equally great as both a dry coating and a batter mix, each
flavor has been specially created for use with any type of meat
or seafood. Just use your imagination. Mix flavors and create
your own unique recipe.
Just follow the instructions and you will simply love all of
your favorites with our light, crisp and delicious, golden brown
